Sunrise Smoothie


This combination had been a favorite for a really long time! I keep meaning to share it here and always forget. But not today! Here it is. Enjoy! I really love the color of this combination.


One blender full:

  • 2 bananas (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 orange, peeled
  • 2 cups frozen mango chunks
  • 4 handfuls frozen peaches
  • 2 cups pineapple (fresh canned, or frozen)
  • 2 cups coconut milk

Blend everything together in a blender. Add more coconut milk if needed. Enjoy cold!

Vegan Butternut Squash Soup

Since aiming to eliminate animal products from my diet I’ve been trying a lot of new and interesting fruits and vegetables. A recent favorite of mine is butternut squash! This is a recipe I’ve fixed several times and there are never leftovers. Its good by itself, with a side of bread or as a side to another dish for dinner.
