Hubby and I decided to do a round of Whole 30, which I wrote about not long ago. My main goal was to break my sugar addiction. I’m 10 days in writing this overview of the first week.
Day 1 was a little difficult because I didn’t have any complaint foods prepared. The first few days I felt like all did was cook. All. Day. Long. This was exhausting and overwhelming. I was not only preparing my meals, but also prepping meals for hubby to take to work.
